| This detached brick-built, former railway-crossing cottage is located on the borders between Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire. Just one mile from the village of Throckenholt, the cottage is set on the edge of a 10-acre site, planted with many young trees providing excellent habitat for birdlife. The accommodation inside offers cosy, traditional, country-style living, however it is also well equipped with all modern amenities. There are two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen with separate dining room and a lounge with wood-burning stove. There is also a private garden, suitable for children and dogs, with lawn and flower borders, as well as a patio area with garden table and chairs. |

| Fen Hide is a cosy, detached bungalow that offers enough room to sleep 4 people. All the accommodation is laid-out over one level and is tastefully decorated throughout. There is a large garden in which to enjoy a spot of summertime dining and a summerhouse in which to enjoy the long evenings. In winter months, the bungalow is served by central heating and a wood-burner-effect electric stove in the sitting room, making it a rural haven, even when the weather is a bit colder. Although there is off-road parking for up to 2 cars, the local pubs and shop are just 10 minutes away on foot. |
