Outside the property The driveway is fitted with gates so once these are closed the property is enclosed There is a small flower garden to the front and a larger lawned area to the rear of the property with table and chairs

Parking Off-road parking for two cars is available directly outside the property on the drive

Dogs One dog is welcome by prior arrangement A supplementary fee of

25 will be added to your invoice to cover additional cleaning costs Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time

Arrival and departure The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival
