Set in a secluded position in a residential cul-de-sac in the village of Stokenham, it is just over a mile from the sweeping stretch of beach that is Slapton Sands. There follows a scenic coastal road with breathtaking views to Blackpool Sands, Strete, Stoke Fleming and on to the historic naval town of Dartmouth. The interior of St Kitts is light and airy, the centrepiece of which is the living room which boasts a vaulted ceiling and full length glass windows which open on two sides to the terrace and garden. This part of the house is south facing, so sunlight floods onto the decking and garden and into the large living area. Although suitable for larger parties, St Kitts can also comfortably accommodate two families of four. An excellent holiday base to explore this beautiful part of South Devon, with plenty to interest both younger and older generations.
